Operating Hours
We operate Monday–Friday, 11am–5pm.
Orders placed outside these hours will be processed during the next working period.
Please check the panel at the top of the page for our current processing times (from order to dispatch). Processing time does not include delivery.

Order Information
All website orders must include correct spelling, dates and details,
exactly as you would like them to appear on your voucher.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your voucher has already been made, a remake will incur a £3 admin fee.
Any information left out at checkout will not be added to the final voucher.
Remakes due to buyer error or missing information will incur a £3 admin fee.

Designs
All designs are created to our own interpretation using the information provided and may vary slightly from voucher to voucher.
If your order is for a specific or unusual event, please provide as much detail as possible (and always use full event names rather than acronyms).
If you are unhappy with a design, you may request a change; however, redesigns may incur a fee.
If excessive text is supplied, it may be shortened or rearranged to fit the voucher layout.
Please note: this is a one-person small business and all vouchers are handmade, hand-foiled and hand-cut. We always do our best to meet expectations.

Errors
Any errors made by us (such as spelling or date mistakes) will be corrected free of charge.
We will remake and resend the item using the fastest available option.
This does not apply to errors caused by incorrect information entered by the buyer.

Refunds & Returns
As all items are personalised, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If an item is faulty, incorrect, lost in transit, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law.

Foil Colours
All foil colours have a chrome finish and may appear different in real life due to lighting and photography.

Delivery Information
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working day delivery aim, including Saturdays), with end-to-end tracking and delivery confirmation.
We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking and contacting us if you notice any issues so we can assist as quickly as possible.
While delivery delays can occasionally occur once parcels are with Royal Mail, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Where tracking confirms delivery, we are unable to offer refunds for claims of non-receipt or late delivery.

Christmas & Time-Sensitive Orders
We post all Christmas orders well within Royal Mail’s recommended last posting dates. However, once parcels are with Royal Mail, delivery times are outside our control and Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed.
If your order does not arrive in time for Christmas and you no longer require it, please contact us and we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
