Operating Hours
Our operating hours are Tuesday – Friday, 11am–5pm.
Any orders placed outside these hours will be picked up during the next operating period.
Please check the black panel at the top of the page for our current lead times from order to delivery.

Order Information
Orders placed through the website must include
correct spelling, dates and details, exactly as you want them to appear on the voucher.
If you notice a mistake, please email us ASAP.
If your voucher has already been made, a remake will incur a £3 admin fee.
Any information you leave out will not be added to the final voucher.
Remakes due to buyer error or forgotten information also incur a £3 admin fee.
No refunds will be given where mistakes are due to buyer error.

Designs
All designs are created to my own interpretation and may vary slightly from voucher to voucher.
If your order is for something unusual or very specific, please give as much detail as possible.
If you don’t like the design, you can respectfully request a change —
however, a redesign may incur a fee.
If excessive text is provided,
it will be shortened or rearranged to fit the voucher appropriately, as space is limited.
We always try our best to meet expectations, but please remember this is a one-person small business, and everything is made by hand.

Errors
Any errors on our part will be fixed free of charge,
provided the mistake is not caused by incorrect information entered by the buyer
(e.g. entering 2024 instead of 2025, misspelled names, incorrect dates, etc.).
All orders are non-refundable.

Foil Colours
Foil colours are subject to availability.
If your chosen colour is out of stock,
we will email you for an alternative option — please check your junk mail.
Previews are not available during busy times unless specifically requested.

Postal Orders
During busy periods (especially Christmas), delivery may take longer than usual
and Royal Mail delays are more common.
Please keep this in mind when ordering — we cannot guarantee arrival dates.
We always post orders in line with Royal Mail guidelines and
post before the final recommended posting date for occasions such as Christmas.
We cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delays.
No refunds will be issued for orders that do not arrive in time for Christmas Day or any other event.
If your order does not arrive within 7 days of receiving your shipping email, please contact us ASAP so we can arrange a replacement if possible.
If more than 14 days have passed with no contact, a replacement may not be available or may incur a replacement fee.
